Visitor in our Yard

Never gets old!

Our January

We found a bat in the garage.

It snowed a little bit.

Little girlies watching a movie together. January, along with last November and December, has also been incredibly busy with three children playing basketball! We're enjoying that lots! Oh! And if you didn't already know, we're expecting another baby! We're due in July.

Evening on our Favorite Hike

These are WAY out of order. Oops.

New Chicks

We had planned on buying a few chickens but when a tragedy struck and our beloved pet chicken Midnight was killed, we decided to get them sooner rather than later. Here are our three new chickens. Two are Easter Eggers and the other is a Buff Orpington. Still miss our Midnight though. :(

Pssst! Over Here!

The third baby skunk was captured (and later released) today. Hoping they and their mama find a new home other than our garage!

They have teeth like a cat.

Skunks!

My children captured some baby skunks in the garage today! And FYI, baby skunks can and DO spray. :oP

This is the look you get from girls who are told that no, you cannot keep the baby skunks as PETS!
